Information stored by this platform

Mentagma stores your account email, a securely hashed password, subscription identifiers and status, and conversation messages, responses, delivery status, and any assessments returned by the engine. Authentication uses an essential session cookie.

Reasoning and payments

Each message is sent to the configured Mentagma reasoning engine with the full history of its conversation. The platform requests assessment of all interactions and retains assessment results when the engine supplies them. Messages are retained even if an engine request fails. Assessment criteria and any use across conversations must be defined by the operator before launch. Stripe processes payments and manages billing details. Mentagma stores Stripe account and subscription identifiers, but does not store payment card details.

Voice, camera, and screen sharing

When you join a real-time collaborative call or workspace, microphone and shared system audio are transcribed into text in real time, and visible screen content may be sampled for Optical Character Recognition (OCR). Derived text is stored with its source account identifier, track type, session timestamps, and reasoning assessment status, and is visible to all conversation members. Transcribed text is processed by Mentagma's reasoning engine to provide participant assessments. By joining a call, you consent to this real-time transcription and reasoning assessment as detailed in our Terms of Service. Camera video is shared live with participants to facilitate face-to-face interaction; it is not visually analyzed or stored. Raw audio and video streams are not recorded or archived. Processing errors or recognition gaps may leave incomplete observations. Leaving a call ends active streaming but does not erase previously derived transcript entries.

Your history

You can reopen conversations, continue them, or archive and restore them. Archiving hides a conversation from the recent list; it does not delete its messages or assessment records. Personal conversations are accessible only to their owner. Collaborative conversations are accessible to their host and joined participants, who can see the entire history and participant email addresses. Joining requires accepting an invitation. Leaving or removal ends access but does not erase contributed messages or assessment records. The platform and its configured engine process them for reasoning and assessment.
