Mentagma provides an advanced workspace and platform designed for Intrinsic Thought and Reasoning, collaboration, cognitive exploration, and related tools. We reserve the right to modify, enhance, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time to improve reliability, security, and performance for our community.

3. User Accounts and Security

To access certain features of the platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your credentials secure. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your account. If you discover any unauthorized use or security breach, you must notify us immediately.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Services in a lawful, ethical, and responsible manner. You shall not:

You retain ownership of the content and queries you submit to the platform. All platform software, design, branding, and proprietary reasoning engines remain the exclusive property of ViroGyro LLC.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. ViroGyro LLC makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the results obtained from using the Services will meet specific expectations or requirements.

12. Real-Time Collaboration, Audio/Screen Transcription, and Reasoning Assessment

When participating in real-time collaborative workspaces, calls, or group inquiries on Mentagma, you agree to transmit audio, video, and screen sharing streams to active participants. Spoken dialogue is transcribed into text in real time, and visible screen content may be sampled for Optical Character Recognition (OCR). Transcribed and extracted text is retained within the shared conversation timeline and evaluated by Mentagma's reasoning engine to provide real-time interaction assessments for participants. By joining a collaborative call or workspace, you consent to this real-time transcription, processing, and assessment. Raw audio and video streams are not recorded or permanently stored.
